Real Estate Litigation
This type
of litigation arises from a variety of sources, some of which include
buyer/seller disputes over failure to disclose defects as part of a
residential real estate transaction, disputes among or between
adjoining property owners regarding easements, boundary lines, water
rights and water run off, and disputes among neighbors regarding
illegal use of property.
