DEBRA VALENTI-EPSTEIN has a comprehensive real
estate/zoning practice developed as an attorney since 1992 and prior to
that as an expediter beginning in 1977. Her practice includes reviewing
site and construction plans to ensure compliance with current
regulations for new construction and alterations with all city
departments in order to secure approvals. She also represents clients
at hearings before the Zoning Board of Adjustment, Board of Building
Standards, L&I Review Board, and in local and appellate State
courts. She is past president of the Roxborough Development Corporation
and 21st Ward Community Council, Board member of To Our Children's
Future with Health, Inc., and former Board member of InterCommunity
Action Inc., Roxborough Memorial Hospital and Roxborough YMCA.
